IT ERP (Epicor) Business Analyst - Harrison, OH (Job ID: 1135-217)
 
Position Summary and Purpose:  Responsible for the design, development, testing, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise resource planning (ERP) processes and tools in support of business operations.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze financials and operations business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements leveraging new technologies and approaches
Design, develop and test new and upgraded applications
Validate and champion ERP software updates
Create documentation and train users on applications and enhancements
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Epicor applications and integrations
Maintain and apply knowledge of current programming languages, language enhancements and system tools
Support local and remote end users
 
Education and Experience: 
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information technologies, engineering, business or a related field
3+ years providing administration, software development, operations analysis and end user support
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
 
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Characteristics, etc. 
REQUIRED:
Strong understanding of Epicor 10.2 or higher, including manufacturing, production, inventory, and financial modules.
Experience developing Epicor Kinetic BAQs, BPMs, SQL, SSRS, Dashboards, Integrations, etc.
An understanding database structures and design
Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills
A track record of strong end user support
Strong attention to detail
VALUED BUT NOT REQUIRED:
Support of Kinetic in a Cloud-hosted environment
Programming experience may include C#, .NET, or REST API
Lean practices and skills
