Starting Strong

Our company orientation program is a thorough process to help you start off on the right foot. Everyone in our organization will ensure you understand your objectives and are on the best path.

  • You will start with HR orientation, where we'll explain your benefits options and teach you how to navigate essential functions such as pay, vacation, PTO, and more.
  • We'll share our company history, leadership, and organizational directives.
  • We will assign a buddy to help you meet expectations, understand the culture, build new relationships, and feel valued.
  • You'll receive check-ins at the end of your first week, at 30 days, at 90 days, and after one year.
  • We will instruct you on safe practices for our production floor, as well as safety and company protocol for emergency procedures.
