Field and Technical Services
Our Field Service Technicians perform planned inspections and corrective maintenance on our machines at our customers' facilities. Field Service positions are home based, but require an individual who is comfortable with up to 75% travel.

Manufacturing
We are a different kind of manufacturing company, with low output but highly variable manufacturing. We put a lot of hard work and effort into every machine we make. There are no fast-paced assembly lines here - every circuit is wired, and every bolt is torqued with certainty. We offer career paths, tuition reimbursement, and an amazing track record of promotion from within. Our independent union shop offers a broad range of manufacturing disciplines that often overlap and provide great opportunities for cross training, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
- Machinists: We have everything from screw machines and planers to 5-axis machining centers, and our machinists operate manual and CNC.
- Mechanical and Electrical Assemblers: Our machines are known for their quality, thanks to our outstanding mechanical and electrical assemblers.
- Material Coordinators: These supply chain experts keep the parts and orders flowing properly through our shop.
- Maintenance Technicians: Facility and machine maintenance technicians keep our machines in pristine condition.
- Fabricators and Welders: Our fabricators and welders are experts at turning a steel plate into a base foundation. We even use our press brakes to make new press brakes!
- Quality: Our quality inspectors keep a check on our tolerances and keep us in spec.
- Painters: We have exceptional painters who apply our patented protective coating on all our machines.

- Software Engineers develop cutting-edge Human Machine Interfaces to ensure ease of operation for our customers.
- Electrical Engineers research and develop electrical systems.
- Mechanical Engineers perform design engineering of our product lines through a deep understanding of customer requirements, as well as research and testing of manufacturing assembly methods and materials.
- Mechatronic Engineers design after-market upgrade solutions for our customers.
- Manufacturing Engineers develop and improve product designs for manufacturability and assembly.
- Quality Engineers develop critical quality processes for the Quality Management System.
- Control Engineers design and maintain product line control systems.
