Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician - Harrison, OH

Ever wanted a role where every day is different, your hands-on skills directly keep manufacturing running, and you’re the go-to person when critical equipment needs to be diagnosed, repaired, and brought back to life? This is that kind of role - where you’ll work on automated and manual machinery, troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, support new equipment installs, and ensure production equipment performs at its best. If you enjoy solving real problems, working with your hands, and seeing the immediate impact of your work on the floor, this is a role worth looking at.

At Cincinnati Incorporated, we’re looking for a Maintenance Technician who keeps the heartbeat of our manufacturing operation running strong. This isn’t just “fixing equipment” - it’s making sure world-class precision parts are built on world-class machines that never stop performing.

We proudly support veterans and military families and strongly encourage U.S. military veterans to apply. The skills developed through military service - such as discipline, technical aptitude, problem-solving under pressure, and accountability - translate exceptionally well into this role and are highly valued at our organization.
