Position Summary and Purpose:
Apply advanced automation and artificial intelligence technologies to streamline business processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance operational performance. This role focuses on identifying high-impact opportunities, designing scalable solutions, and leading the implementation of intelligent automation tools across the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology related field or equivalent experience.  
 Experience connection AI to legacy business systems.  A working knowledge of business systems, such as Epicor, and collaboration tools, such as Google Workspace  
 Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business processes into clean, structured data workflows
 Experience in integrating solutions with business systems (ERP platforms such as Epicor preferred)
 Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages, familiarity with delivering solutions using Generative AI and RPA architectures, and expertise in UX creation
 Familiarity with Generative AI, RAG frameworks, and/or RPA tools
 Team oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.  Customer service oriented
 Self-motivated and self-directed

Preferred:
 Experience developing and deploying AI-driven or automation solutions in a business setting
 Knowledge of prompt engineering and large language model (LLM) configurations
 Experience with data visualization or performance analytics tools
 Exposure to UX design or user-centered solution development
